LED Squid Fishing Lights for Commercial Vessels

APPLICATION / SQUID JIGGING FLEETS

Specify the array around the vessel.

Abylure LED squid fishing lights support above-water lighting projects for commercial squid jigging vessels. The 500W–1000W platforms give fleet buyers a range of electrical configurations to evaluate against vessel supply, mounting geometry and required coverage.

What matters in squid-jigging light selection

A single lamp wattage does not define a complete fishing-light system. Start with the number and position of lamps, mounting height, sea-surface coverage and available vessel power. Existing vessel photographs and a simple layout help engineering assess the project before proposing a quantity.

Power and electrical matching

Compare the four standard power classes using their actual input ranges. The 500W model is rated 140–300 VAC, 600W is 160–300 VAC, 800W is 116–277 VAC and 1000W is 330–430 VAC. Confirm the matched driver and circuit arrangement for the selected supply.

Array layout and mounting

The E39/E40 adjustable base is designed for compatible vertical holders. Record the installation height, spacing and aiming direction. Check physical clearances and mechanical support rather than assuming every existing lamp position is suitable.

Above-water LED fishing lights for squid vessels

The standard series is intended for above-water use. IP67 protection and protective surface treatment are relevant to marine exposure, but they do not turn this product into a submerged fishing light. For an underwater requirement, identify operating depth and obtain a separately approved product specification.

Retrofit an existing squid-fishing fleet

  1. List the current lamp wattages, lamp count, ballast arrangement and lighting hours.
  2. Provide the vessel supply, mounting photographs and a description of the current coverage.
  3. Review a proposed lamp-and-driver configuration and applicable documentation.
  4. Validate samples on the vessel before approving a full fleet purchase.

Read the metal-halide to LED retrofit planning guide for the baseline information needed before selecting replacement lamps.

Questions from squid-fleet buyers

Which LED color or spectrum should I order?

The product materials include tested 4000 K and 6200 K configurations. Those examples are not a universal optimum for every species or fishing condition. Provide your target operation and spectrum requirement for engineering review; confirm availability and trial criteria before ordering.

How many lamps does a squid-jigging vessel need?

There is no fixed lamp count for every vessel. Supply vessel dimensions, mounting positions, coverage objectives and available power so the proposed layout can be assessed.

Do you guarantee increased catch?

No catch increase is guaranteed. Fishing results depend on factors beyond the lamp. Sample evaluation should use agreed lighting and operating criteria for your vessel.

Discuss your vessel or bulk supply requirement

Share the model, quantity, vessel supply voltage and installation details. We will review the configuration and confirm sample, documentation and quotation requirements.
