Designed for Marine Conditions
Lower electrical load
500W LED is listed as a reference replacement for 1000W–2000W metal-halide lamps, and 800W LED for 3000W–4000W lamps. Suitability depends on installation and required light coverage.
Retrofit compatibility
The adjustable E39/E40 assembly supports compatible existing holders. A matching constant-current LED driver is required.
Thermal management
Integrated fins provide a large heat-dissipation surface. This supports stable operation during extended night-fishing use.
Lightweight construction
The rated 500W configuration weighs 2.2 kg; the 800W configuration weighs 3.3 kg, helping simplify handling and installation.
IP67 and corrosion resistance
The product materials specify IP67 protection and protective surface treatment to reduce salt-spray corrosion exposure.
Vibration and environmental testing
Designed for vessel movement, mechanical vibration, changing temperatures and humidity. The supplied materials describe temperature cycling and high-humidity testing.
